Delete your Paathner account

This page explains how to permanently delete your Paathner app account and the personal data associated with it. Paathner is published by Delta Digitech Private Limited.

Delete your account on the web

You can request account deletion without reinstalling the app:

Open the account deletion request page: https://paathner.com/delete-account/verification
Enter the mobile number linked to your Paathner account.
Enter the OTP sent to that number.
Confirm account deletion.

Continue to delete account

Delete your account in the Paathner app

Open the Paathner app and sign in.
Go to Profile → Account settings → Delete Account.
Confirm deletion in the popup.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, your profile and associated personal app data are removed. Account deletion is permanent. Some limited records may be retained only where required by law (for example tax, fraud prevention, or regulatory obligations), as described in our Privacy Policy.

Prefer email? Send an account deletion request from your registered contact details to connect@paathner.com with the subject “Paathner Account Deletion Request” and include your registered mobile number. We will process the request and confirm once your account and associated personal data have been deleted.
